The Infinity team was engaged to provide MEP engineering services for two new residential multi-family facilities located in Houston.

The new community residences in Spring Branch offer light-filled open floor plans and communal greenspaces for residents. With a go-getting team of designers, architects, and engineers this project successfully met the team and client’s goal in time to celebrate the 36th year of Vita Living’s flourishing communities.

For the multi-family facilities, our mechanical designers included DX equipment for cooling and heating with local programmable thermostats for greater zone control. Our plumbing team provided design support in addition to our electrical team designing general lighting and power needs.
