Our team was engaged to work alongside the owner and architect, IM Studios, to provide MEP services for this residential project. The new multi-family complex encompasses (7) three-story buildings with a total of 300 units that will be divided into six different floor plans.

Infinity designed site lighting for the (7) buildings, along with the amenities which include a pool, clubhouse, (12) RV hook-up spots, EV charging stations, and pickleball court. Split D/X air conditioning systems were installed for the residential spaces, the clubhouse, and the retail space. The pool equipment room was designed for freeze protection. Hot water piping, cold water piping, sanitary, sump pumps, natural gas, sewage ejectors and storm drainage were included in plumbing design.
