Our team was engaged to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for this LEED Silver
certified office building in Austin, TX. The 42,019 SF office space called for updated MEP designs to
better suit Tricentis, and we partnered with IA Interior Architects to get the job done.

The project required the team to closely coordinate with the architect to uphold the LEED Silver criteria,
including indoor water use reduction, energy performance and preservation of low-emitting materials.
