Infinity MEP provided design and development services for the new Build to Suit West Law Firm building in Sugar Land, Texas.

The two-story office building is currently in construction. Our team worked closely with all contractors to design HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, construction administration that were both constructible and cost effective. All design was performed in BIM using REVIT to eliminate coordination issues, reduce issues in the field and increase cost saving to the client. Infinity was also engaged for the fit out of the top floor, approximately 9,000 SF of space.

The team worked closely with Tramonte Design Studio to develop complex MEP systems that integrated seamlessly into the architecture.

The 22,000 sf office building was conditioned by a VAV, chilled water air handling system. The designs of the HVAC systems were also inclusive of RTUs, AHU, ductwork and diffusers.

Our team is very proud of this almost complete building in Sugar Land, and we look forward to seeing the completed construction in coming months.
