Texas A&M RELLIS Mgmt Building

Texas A&M RELLIS Mgmt Building

College Station, TX

The team was engaged to provide engineering services for a complete renovation of the existing Texas A&M University RELLIS Management Building. The building now serves as the RELLIS Campus Administration and Operations Headquarters. Our team provided designs for the office building renovation and for adjacent surface parking. The design of the mechanical systems was inclusive of new DX air handling units and condensers, exhaust throughout the building, air devices and ductwork. The plumbing systems were designed to incorporate hot and cold-water piping, hot water recirculation, sanitary, vent and storm sewer. The electrical design included normal power, circuiting, switchgear, and powering/control of the lighting systems. Working closely with Energy Architecture and the end-user throughout the design process, our team produced fully integrated mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for the administrative building.
