Stafford ISD Ag Barn and Community Center

Stafford MSD Ag Barn and Community Center

Stafford, TX

The Infinity team was selected to provide MEP design for both parts of this project. The first scope included the renovation of a community center which was an existing building and converted into a community and recreational center. The existing 8,115 sq. ft. building was originally built in 1982 and added onto in 1995. The building was a steel structure with CMU exterior walls with large storefront windows on the North and South facing facades. The Infinity team helped renovate and repurpose this new community center to serve the community as a volunteer and community center.

The second scope of the project included the construction of the district’s new 2,644 sq ft. AG Barn Building. Complete with new pens, new stalls, and new lighting.
