Our team provided full MEP and construction administration for these St. Mary’s University facilities. The facilities include a robotics lab, testing labs, nursing simulation and kinesiology labs along with flexible maker space and lab space to support varying program types. The project design incorporates open and flexible spaces to be able to accommodate multiple program types and to allow flexible uses of the innovation and nursing center.

The addition of the nursing center was proposed and incorporated halfway through design. The team was successfully able to incorporate the nursing center design into the overall design with minimal impact on the delivery&nbnsp;schedule.
