Our team was engaged to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for the Sam Houston State Avenue I Parking Structure. The new 5-level design Build garage will provide 546-car spaces to support students and faculty alike.
The design team has worked closely with the owner and Vaughn Construction to provide fully integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs to support the garage and the future growth of the Sam Houston State University campus. The team is looking forward to seeing this project integrated with the development of the&bsp;campus.
