Our team is provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing design including med-gas and nurse call systems for the Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital in Plano, Texas. The team worked closely with the client and BSA Life Structures to bring the design vision to life. This developer led the “budget sensitive” project consisting of an approximately 51,300 SF, three (3) story, freestanding licensed rehabilitation hospital on a 2.5 acre site in Plano Texas, using Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital standard programming for a 48-bed facility (broken up by floor into two (2) 24 bed units).
