The ME Global facility located in Freeport, Texas is a two story, $20 Million mission critical pipeline control facility. The entire building is provided with redundant air handling units and air cooled chillers. The facility is designed as a state of the art control facility which integrated the plants entire control network. Operators monitor the plant’s systems 24/7 to ensure seamless operations.

The HVAC system is designed around indoor VAV air handlers with VAV terminal units. The electrical system is design with emergency power with diesel generator back up. The systems includes Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) for transition to emergency power. The plumbing system is provided with a redundant booster pump system and a 1,000 gallon water storage tank. The building is provided with safety showers in all hazardous areas. The building is fully sprinklered and equipped with a fire sprinkler riser.
