When Jones Lang Lasalle needed an engineering partner for their new Houston headquarters relocation project, they selected Infinity MEP+S Consultants. Their beautiful new headquarters incorporates bold and classic high-end finishes. The sleek structural steel staircase connects their three floors and includes a monumental feature wall incorporating steel, glass and architectural metal spanning all three floors. Elevator lobbies will feature porcelain panels, wood veneer panels and custom light fixtures. The office area is a combination of collaboration areas, workstations and glass front offices. Conference rooms feature custom millwork, backpainted, magnetic marker boards. The project has been awarded LEED V4 Gold and WELL Platinum certifications for using sustainable materials and protocols.
