Infinity MEP was engaged to provide design engineering services to upgrade the existing shell space for ImageNet’s office and assembly space. The shell space was not originally equipped with any mechanical or plumbing, so as a part of the scope the team provided new mechanical and new plumbing design engineering for the tenant improvement project.

With every renovation project, it is critical for our team to assess the existing conditions of the space so that we can document and gather a thorough image of what actions on our part need to be taken to bring the end-user and architect vision to life. The mechanical design development included the new design of the HVAC system for the space. The electrical systems were not required for this project as the systems were previously designed and installed. Design of the plumbing systems were inclusive of hot and cold water piping, sanitary, and vent. The plumbing systems were designed within the constraints of the existing open slab&mnbsp;conditions.

The team is also engaged to support through the Construction Administration phase and through Post-Construction for all floors, with the exception of level eight. Our CA process involves prompt responses to RFIs, coordination with the general contractor, architect, and end-user, and periodic site visits to provide oversight of installation as construction progresses.
