Our team was engaged to provide MEP Design for Bluebonnet’s new, ground-up facility in Sugar Land, TX. Included in the scope was a 23,850 SF 2-story office and lab, a 105,510 SF cooled and heated warehouse, and a 32,000 SF mezzanine for equipment. Within the facility there are (6) blending rooms, (18) capsule rooms, kosher and ion kosher pharmacies, (2) inspections rooms, and (2) granular fluid bed rooms. Other areas include washrooms, tooling rooms and maintenance rooms.
Following the first phase of design, Infinity provided additional engineering services for the lab and equipment spaces. The installation of a new acid hoods and modifications to wall types called for additional HVAC designs.
