The Chef’s Table
Clear Lake, Texas
The restaurant features both indoor and outdoor seating, a full bar and a retail store where Chef Paul Friedman will sell his spices and sauces as well as wine and beer. The entire venue features a 1920s theme echoing “The Great Gatsby,” and opened in July 2021.
Owner and chef, Friedman had total reign over the layout and decor of the new restaurant. Friedman’s goal to create an elevated dining experience with close attention to the black wood walls, white brick and brushed gold accents allows for an intimate dining experience.
This father-son project featuring Friedman’s son, Kyle as the general contractor for The Chef’s Table, is one of several projects the duo has been involved on together.
