Our team was engaged to provide technology design for this 324,000 SF high-end corporate office build-out. Spaces included traditional offices, full-service kitchen, cafeteria, gym, conference rooms, recruitment showcase area, collaboration space.

Included in the design was new construction for a 300,000 SF, 5-level, open-air parking garage with air-conditioned elevator vestibules and connectors to the existing building.
