913 McKee building

913 McKee

Houston, TX

Infinity was engaged to provide MEP and Structural design for this five-story, 55-unit apartment complex. The complex follows Houston’s growing number of chic residential buildings being constructed around downtown. In addition to the apartments, we worked on the enclosed, first-floor parking garage, that sits beneath the residential levels with a total of 49 stalls. Structural features included working with a flat roof with a 5’ parapet all around, an elevated podium foundation and wood framing with brick façade all around the building. RTUs, DX Split-systems, low-pressure duct work, Fan coil units, and diffusers were designed for HVAC. Our Electrical team designed interior and exterior lighting systems with typical circuiting and powering. Plumbing design included hot/cold water piping with sanitary systems and storm drainage.

Our MEP & Structural team worked closely with the developer, architect, and other consultants to ensure that the designed systems integrated seamlessly with the new construction.
