This historic hotel renovation with DAS Architects of Pennsylvania is a fun project that reflects all that is uniquely Denver.

Infinity was asked to provide MEP and Fire Protection services for this project. The interior redesign was done for the 1st and 2nd floor of the west wing, which includes the kitchen, restrooms, and inn keeper suite. The ballroom has been converted into a contained smoking lounge.

And did you know? 420 Hotel was at one point in time the home of some of Denver’s wealthiest and most notable people. But what you may not realize is that the inn was said to be built on burial grounds, and that the building itself is known for being haunted.
