The new construction project consists of a total of 29,500 square feet split among 5 levels. The first level consists of an open aired parking garage with large fire pump/riser room. Levels 2-5 are multi-family apartment units with a common corridor/elevator lobby. Much like the adjacent property, a part of the same multi-family ownership group, this new building allows for great access to the Memorial area. Nearly all units are provided with balcony access with balcony drains to allow for more outdoor living space.
